Erin Hagstrom-Clark

Data Analyst

Erin Hagstrom Clark is a member of SCA, where she focuses on activities supporting the District Hospital Leadership Forum (DHLF). In this role, Erin oversees all aspects of DHLF governance and administration, including Board of Directors and Executive Committee operations. Her responsibilities include issuing official meeting notices, preparing and coordinating meeting materials, maintaining records, and communicating on behalf of the DHLF Executive Director and President. Erin ensures compliance with governance requirements, such as Executive Committee term limits, lobbying filings, and other Board obligations.

In addition to governance oversight, Erin manages DHLF member communications, and coordinates logistics for all DHLF meetings. She also manages DHLF’s public-facing social media accounts and ensures website content remains accurate and up to date.

As part of SCA Consulting, Erin provides technical support for financial and claims data review and analysis. She is responsible for downloading and organizing data files from state agencies such as the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), converting them into required formats, and conducting data validation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness during state-mandated reconciliation phases. She also assists in preparing non-financial information for DHLF’s tax return and audit.

Before joining SCA, Erin worked at Capitol Partners, a legislative and advocacy firm, for six years. Her work included coordinating client advocacy days, preparing position statements, and analyzing introduced and amended bills. She also managed press events involving elected officials and government agencies and developed strong expertise in organizational management through overseeing daily operations and supporting large-scale conference planning and execution.

Earlier in her career, Erin served as Vice President of Operations and Project Manager in the real estate and tax deferment industry for more than a decade, where she managed client projects and special initiatives.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento.
