Layne Grow

Finance Analyst

Layne Grow is a finance analyst at SCA Consulting, where he supports client engagements focused on Medicaid reimbursement strategy and healthcare finance. In his role, Layne contributes to the development of client presentations, conducts data analysis, and transforms complex information into clear insights. He also assists with the District Hospital Leadership Forum (DHLF), monitoring federal and state policy developments and supporting the organization’s communications and social media presence.

Layne is a recent graduate of Brigham Young University (BYU), where he earned degrees in economics and Spanish. He joined SCA Consulting as a summer intern in 2024 and was eventually hired full time in 2025. At BYU, he explored his interest in healthcare through coursework and membership in the Healthcare Leadership Association and worked as a teaching and research assistant in econometrics, contributing to research on the economic effects of the COVID-19. He also previously gained experience in state policy as an intern in the California State Assembly, where he worked in the office of former Assemblyman Brian Dahle.
